PT Bhumi Jepara Service (PT.BJS) adalah Perusahaan O&M (Operasi dan Pemeliharaan) yang bergerak dalam operasi dan pemeliharaan Tanjung Jati B Unit 5 & 6, 2×1.000 MW pembangkit listrik tenaga uap berbahan bakar batubara di bawah PT. BJP.

Tanjung Jati B Unit 5 & 6 mengadopsi Teknologi Ultra Super-Critical (USC) dengan tekanan uap utama 26 Mpa dan suhu uap 605 derajat Celcius. Sebagai hasil dari teknologi USC, siklus termal akan lebih efisien daripada teknologi yang lebih tua karena uap dihasilkan pada suhu dan tekanan yang lebih tinggi dan akibatnya CO2 dan emisi gas lainnya akan berkurang karena konsumsi batubara yang lebih rendah.

Turbine Mechanical Supervisor (Code: TMS A6)

a. Department  : Mechanical Maintenance

b. Superior/User : Mechanical Turbine Leader

d. Education  : Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Eng., (Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 10 years as Turbine Mechanical Technicians in large capacity of Coal Fired Power Station (>300 MW) is encouraged to apply)

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in power generation, especially Turbine and its auxiliary system

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to technicians and base on mechanical Turbine maintenance procedure and instruction.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies.

• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into database.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Coal and Ash Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order;

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies;

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Undertake Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued by Supervisor and base on mechanical BOP/Turbine maintenance procedure and instruction.

• Conduct routine function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in BOP/Turbine Area as well as standard required.

e. Work Experience : Minimum five (5) years or equivalent experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services in the field of thermal power plant with minimum capacity 300MW.

f. Position overview : The Turbine Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for equipment related to Steam Turbine as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the programme in pursuit of plant long-term welfare

• Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects

• Writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards

• Executing, monitoring and controlling CM, PM and PdM maintenance items based on plant criticality, in terms of minimizing down time, by proposing effective maintenance tasks

• Support of the Maintenance team members in resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidences

• Support with the technical evaluations of tender submissions

• Assisting with the development of feasibility studies including return on investment, and cost-benefit analysis

f. Position Overview : The Boiler Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for equipment related to Boiler as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. • Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operation Procedures for Ship unloader.

Fuel Management Staff (Code: FMS A6)

d. Education  : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

e. Work Experience : Minimum 4 years’ experience in Power Generation, including 1 year experience in conducting fuel management.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation, optimizing and coordination of the Fuel Management Plan which incorporates coal shipment schedules, based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan and in accordance with Coal Supply Agreements, Coal Transportation Agreement/s, and the current generation forecast.

• Monitoring the performance of Coal Suppliers and Coal Shipping Company/s to fulfill the contract agreement and coal shipment arrangements, and reporting same to J&M Department Manager.

• Coordinating with the Jetty and Materials Operations Leader, and Maintenance Teams in relation to the receiving of coal in anticipating jetty & coal handling operation and maintenance, and coal stock management.

• Coordinating and ensuring, with the vessel Agent, that all documents required for berthing and un-berthing (sailing) are obtained, and all obligations under the GOI regulations are fulfilled.

• Coordinating with the Performance Leader in anticipating the Power Plant operational plan aspects for coal quality and coal-blending regime.

• Preparation, optimizing and coordination of a fuel oil supply plan to align with the Operating Plan and current generation forecast requirements.

• Planning and procurement fuel oil receiving and storage at the power block and coal handling fuel oil tanks.

• Coordinating with Performance Leader, BJP for the purpose of meeting PPA fuel transaction requirements.

• Conducting coal and fuel oil stock book record keeping, including arrangement with the independent surveyor for coal stock “opname” whenever required.

• Prepare, optimize, and implement a site waste disposal plan covering all bottom ash, fly ash, and other waste disposal to recycling, landfill or other downstream management process.

• Day-to-day and long term management of plant waste handling, including all ash and all other wastes, which includes management and control of the ash laydown area, hazardous and non-hazardous plant waste.
