PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Jabodetabek (MITJ) merupakan perusahaan patungan antara PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) dan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Ini salah satu langkah nyata mewujudkan integrasi transportasi publik berbasis rel di kawasan Jabodetabek. Sebagai langkah nyata integrasi transportasi publik tersebut, melalui perusahaan patungan antara PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) dan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), yaitu PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Jabodetabek (MITJ). Tugas perusahaan patungan ini melakukan penataan terhadap empat stasiun milik PT KAI (Persero), yaitu Stasiun Juanda, Stasiun Sudirman, Stasiun Tanah Abang, dan Stasiun Pasar Senen.

1. Personal Assistance to President Director

Qualification

  1. Max 32 years old
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Secretary or Administration (preferably from well-known secretary academy)
  3. At least 4 years experiences with proven experience as personal assistance/secretary or similar administrative role
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. Good personal attitude, dress neatly
  6. Excellent in computer knowledge (literate on MS Office)
  7. Fluency in written and spoken English
  8. Fast learning, open minded, cooperative and pleasant personality
  9. Good communication skill
  10. Able to handle multiple tasks
  11. Able to work beyond working hours as and when required
  12. Excellent organizational, time-management skills & reporting techniques
  13. Integrity and confidentiality.
2. Secretary to Board Directors

Qualification

  1. Max 28 years old
  2. Diploma/Degree in Secretary or Administration (preferably from well-known secretary academy)
  3. At least 2 years experiences with proven experience as secretary or similar administrative role.
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. Good personal attitude, dress neatly
  6. Excellent in computer knowledge (literate on MS Office)
  7. Fluency in written and spoken English
  8. Good communication skifl
  9. Able to handle multiple tasks
  10. Able to work beyond working hours as and when required
  11. Excellent organizational, time-management skills & reporting techniques
  12. Integrity and confidentiality.
3. Corporate Legal

Qualification

  1. Max 30 years old
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in law from reputable university
  3. At least 3 years of experience in corporate legal work either in law firm or an in national/multinational company
  4. Excellent in computer knowledge (literate on MS Office)
  5. A high level of English and Bahasa competency (written and oral) is required
  6. Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  7. Must be able to meet deadline, multitask, independent, has a positive attitude, possess good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and commercial sense
  8. Having a good networking to related institution and government bodies would be an advantage.
4. Corporate Communication Manager

Qualification

  1. Max 35 years old
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from reputable university and MBA will be highly preferred
  3. 5 years of experience in corporate communication and brand management in industries such as public listed organizations, national or multinational corporation
  4. A high level of English and Bahasa competency (written and oral) is required
  5. Excellent in computer knowledge (literate on MS Office)
  6. Having a good networking to related institution and government bodies would be an advantage
  7. Ability to write creatively, self-motivated and ambitious individual with strong desire for personal & professional growth, hard working, concern for quality and result oriented.
  8. Fluent across all offline and digital channels with strong understanding of roles of different channels
  9. Experience managing, developing and growing teams.
