Packing Operator merupakan suatu posisi yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan mesin packing sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku, dan bertanggung jawab dalam menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Merawat dan menjaga kebersihan dan kondisi peralatan kerja, area, sarana dan fasiltas pendukungnya termasuk personal hygiene agar bisa beroperasi secara normal dan menginformasikan kepada atasan dan atau rekan kerja jika membutuhkan bantuan atau menemukan ketidaksesuaian / abnormality.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab meliputi:

  • Memahami dan mengimplementasikan peraturan QSHE pada lingkungan kerja
  • Memahami aspek lingkungan dan hazard dalam lingkungan kerja, respon darurat, PPE dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam menjaga safety behavior (BBS)
  • Memastikan bahwa kualitas produk sesuai dengan release norms dan mengambil keputusan  yang penting jika terjadi penyimpangan
  • Melakukan  verifikasi OPRP sesuai standar dan menginformasikan atasan jika terjadi penyimpangan
  • Menjaga peralatan, instalasi, dan area kerja dalam kondisi yang bersih dan higienis
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap aktifitas cleaning di area kerja
  • Memahami dengan jelas mengenai produk dan prosedur produksi sebelum memulai pekerjaan
  • Memahami dengan jelas mengenai target Produksi
  • Mampu mengoperasikan  mesin – mesin di area Packing yang berkorelasi sesuai dengan kondisi operasional standarnya
  • Melakukan handover informasi dan aktifitas kepada rekan kerja
  • Melakukan transaksi good issue untuk material yang digunakan ke dalam Globe SAP & LMS
  • Memantau dan Memonitor Waste yang dihasilkan

Kualifikasi yang diperlukan:

  • Pendidikan minimal SLTA sederajat
  • Memiliki pengalaman dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam shift
  • Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Basic Machine Technology, HACCP, NGMP, dan 5S menjadi nilai tambah.
