Plant Superintendent (Code : PLS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to make strategies, control and evaluate workshop/ Plant Department.

• Responsible to lead and evaluate the Plant Teams to ensure that the Plant Dept meets the targets and standards (budget and operational).

• Responsible to control and organize the operational of Plant Dept to ensure the effectiveness (MA, MTBF, MTTR).

• Monitor and analyze all health parameters of equipment & component so that they can be used

• Prevent to severity of the damage components/ equipment and try to overcome nonconformance components/ parts by suppliers in part of the framework of saving cost

• Responsible to develop, control and evaluate system maintenance and repair units/ equipment, all maintenance and repair activity for all unit and make sure all the process apply within the budget

• Responsible to monitor cost effectiveness of Plant Dept Activities to optimize resources, spending and maintain projected cost within budget for operational equipment.

• Implement the policies and procedures to ensure that plant strategy meets the company target.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements:

• Male, maximum age 45 years old.

• Preferable Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Min. 7 years experiences in similar position.

• Good Communication skills, Strong leadership.

• Have POP Certification is an Advantage.

• Willing to work with a roster system

• Able to joint as soon as possible

Plant Supervisor (Code : PLV)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Creating job report which includes compiling data from all work processes, compiling data into report forms and submitting work reports to superiors.

• Implement the policies and procedures to ensure that plant strategy meets the company target.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

• Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.

• Conduct and control all maintenance activities which are Schedule & Unscheduled, Redo Job, Fabrication, Rotable Component and PCR for all equipment.

• Responsible to monitor and evaluate all trouble shooting.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements:

• Male, maximum age 40 years old.

• Preferable Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Min. 5 years experiences in similar position.

• Good Communication skills, Strong leadership.

• Preferable have POP Certification.

• Willing to work with a roster system

• Able to joint as soon as possible

Plant Foreman (Code : PLF)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

 

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and dump truck.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic system.

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failure.

• Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.

• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheet.

• Responsible to conduct trouble shooting and repair maintenance activities.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic system.

• Conduct and control all maintenance activities which are Schedule & Unscheduled, Redo Job, Fabrication, Rotable Component and PCR for all equipment.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

Maintenance Planner Supervisor (Code :MPV)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to create forecast Plant Budget, Forecast Plant Maintenance Activities.

• Planning schedule service maintenance & PCR Unit.

• Analysis part failure & make failure analysis report.

• Responsible to create warranty claim report

• Responsible to record all history replace component major .

• Responsible to create KPI Plant Report (PA/MA, MTTR MTBS & Schedule).

• Responsible to create historical replace minor & major component.

• Responsible to monitor part order from mechanic.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :

• Min. Diploma Mechanical Engineer.

Maintenance Planner Foreman (Code :MPF)

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to plan and scheduling service program for all unit periodically (Monthly & Daily).

• Responsible monitor Work Order.

• Responsible to make and setting PA/MA.

• Responsible to submitting spare part recomendation for all unit population.

• Responsible to monitor part order from mechanic.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineer.

Tyre Supervisor (Code : TYV)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to make analyze performance tyre in Project and also recommended the optional solution to increase lifetime tyre.

• Responsible for Tyre Budget optimization.

• Responsible to maintain and develop tyre management system.

• Responsible to make recomendation regarding the type of appropriate tyre.

• Make the budget calculation of tyre that accordance with the operational condition.

• Responsible for monitor all tyre request and scrap.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Requirements :

• Minimum D3 Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 6 years of experiences in similar position..

Tyre Foreman (Code : TYF)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to make analyze to determine the level of tyre damage.

• Responsible to carrying out the assessment of tyre damage and decide the repair process as needed.

• Responsible to Control the tire repair process and to ensure the process according to procedures.

• Competent in using the tyre handler.

• Responsible to approve all tyre request from tyreman and review the recording tyre usage.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Requirements :

• Male

• Max. 35 Years old.

• Minimum Senior High School any major.

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar position.

IT Officer (Code : ITO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to conduct installation, configuration of IST tools maintenance also setting radio communication at project site.

• Plan and analyze radio infrastructure needed for opening of a new point.

• ensure infrastructure and license of ICT for project site.

• To ensure all network service running well in all area of project.

• Planning, Repairing and inventory infrastructure, radio communication and ICT Procedures on project that has been determined.

• Maintain and always carry out test and check on Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and possible scenarios.

• Analyze and collect data on network availability, infrastructure and ICT Support.

• Ensure that all ICT Operations (Support and Infrastructure) run in accordance with the specified measurement values.

Procurement Superintendent (Code : PCS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to manage operational Procurement function

• Manage a number of critical supply and contract agreement

• Actively plan and meet the material needs

• Develop, control and evaluate inventory reduction strategy.

• Actively involve in engaging with the local suppliers .

• Responsible for the selection of new prospective vendors and evaluating existing vendor performance according to applicable procedures

• Responsible for the availability of goods and services according to demand

• Prepare and manage of Department budget in accordance with annual work plan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to analyze the total needs of goods/ spare part and also to ensure the allocation and delivery of goods/ spare parts can meet efficiently and effectively.

• Collaboration with various department to understand their needs

• Responsible to negotiate of contract and terms with strategic partners.

• Review and analyze all vendors/ suppliers, supply and price options.

• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, service and supplies.

• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contacts.

• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.

• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potential future development
